Immigration and Travel Alert
The President has temporarily suspended visas and entries from certain middle eastern countries that pose a risk to the US until measures are in place to screen the applicants more thoroughly. Myself as well as other immigration attorneys are watching the steps taken by the White House as well as any new litigation so we may better advise our clients and potential clients. I do advise any immigrants in the US not to travel outside of the US now until there is more certainty with immigration laws and procedures. My office is available to answer any questions regarding immigration in this new landscape. Please go to the News page to read the Executive Order, the stay from the Federal Court and other recent related items.
