The key to success in any case, whether a non-litigation matter, litigation or at trial is preparation, preparation, preparation. Preparation leads to confidence which leads to success and winning.
Being a litigator means I start to prepare for any type of case the moment I meet with a client whether the case is a divorce, custody or a jury trial before the federal district court. I prepare for all scenarios and keep my clients apprised of the status throughout the case, always valuing my clients’ input in the case.
Every client is important. Every case is important. Hard work, creativity and the will to win is what I provide to each and every client that I represent. I understand that it is a privilege to be your attorney and I take that privilege very seriously.
